Your feedback is important to us, and we welcome all constructive comments regarding our centre and its services. We believe through feedback we can continually improve the way the centre delivers its services to our patients.
If you would like to raise a comment or complaint, please feel free to discuss it directly with your Doctor, Practice Manager or Reception Staff. Alternatively, you can also submit a feedback form via our website if you do not feel comfortable raising the complaint in the centre.
