A few things worth knowing before booking your GP appointment at The Community Doctor in Ringwood.
Appointments are required
Consultations with the GPs are by appointment only, except in emergencies. Book online any time via HotDoc or call reception during business hours on (03) 7068 5808.
Multiple concerns? Book longer
If you have multiple concerns, please book a long (20+ min) or extended appointment so the GP has enough time to help you properly. Running on time helps everyone.
Urgent or same-day concerns
If you are very unwell or your issue is urgent, please call the clinic on (03) 7068 5808. Limited same-day appointments are held for urgent conditions and the team will do their best to fit you in.
Billing & fees
The Community Doctor is a mixed-billing practice. Fees vary by appointment type and length. Children under 16 and concession card holders are eligible for bulk-billed consultations.

Please give as much notice as possible if you can't attend. You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. A no-show fee applies for late cancellations, missed appointments, or late arrivals past your scheduled appointment time.
