The Community Doctor is a mixed-billing Medical Centre for all general consultations. An out-of-pocket fee may apply at time of consultation for all medical services not covered under Medicare. More information can be found in the Current Fee Schedule.

The clinic accepts both Cash and EFTPOS payments. We do not hold cash onsite so all cash payments must be in exact amounts.
All Medicare rebates can be processed on the spot by our friendly reception staff at the time of your appointment if have a valid physical debit card. Medicare Rebates are processed to your nominated bank account, usually within 48 hours.
Please note that all patients will require a current Medicare Card to claim a rebate. For all patients who do not hold a valid Medicare card, the total cost of your appointment will be required to be paid in full before your consultation occurs.

All bookings are managed through Hotdoc. For certain appointment types, valid card details are required to be stored and a pre-authorisation amount is required to confirm appointments. All card information is stored and managed by Hotdoc to ensure it is protected.
A no-show fee applies for late cancellations, missed appointments or late arrivals past your scheduled time. You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may incur a no show fee if you:
- Do not notify reception that you are running late and arrive past your scheduled appointment time
- Do not reschedule an appointment and fail to attend
- Do not provide 2 hours notice when cancelling an appointment
